| Through its Service Matching initiative, the Stakeholders Collaboration works to coordinate health programs and services to Chicago Public Schools and to decrease schools' burden in accessing community resources. The Project Coordinator meets with school administrators to assess health needs and then draws from its community Partners to match programs and services. The Collaboration also seeks to address systems and policy issues to create opportunities for healthier students by working with student health leaders and CPS administrators.
