Summer Meal Programs
Children can receive free, nutritious meals in safe, supervised programs in many Chicago neighborhoods.
Free summer meals programs funded by the U. S. Department of Agriculture will be operating at hundreds of sites...from public schools and community centers to churches, parks and recreation programs and other locations. Many programs don't require pre-registration; children may just walk in. Some programs also offer enrichment and fitness activities to keep children healthy and learning throughout the summer.
