Green Cleaning Schools Act
The Green Cleaning Schools Act (Public Act 095-0084) became effective August 13, 2007, making Illinois the second state in the nation (after New York) to require the purchase and use of environmentally sensitive cleaning supplies in schools.  Guidelines and specifications for schools can be found here.
