Become a Service Matching Program Provider

Through our Service Matching Initiative, community partner agencies provide health-related services and programs to students, parents, and staff in Chicago Public Schools. We promote our community partners' programs to schools in a variety of ways including through district-wide faxes, school site visits, program listings on our website, and other means.
