CPS Parent Letter and Fact Sheets


Chicago Public Schools, in conjunction with the Chicago Department of Public Health, has developed a letter (below) for parents to educate them on H1N1. The letter, available in both English and Spanish, includes guidelines on when students should remain home from school and information on children who may be at increased risk for serious implications from H1N1.
